Rot, water & pest damage — removing damage back to sound framing (not patching over it), and tracing moisture to its actual source: failed flashing, roof runoff, grading, or leaks.

Decks, porches & rooflines — structural rebuilds, ledger and footing replacement, and repairs after snow load, settlement, or storm damage.

Homes above Lake Coeur d'Alene, Hayden Lake, and the Spokane River are spectacular — and structurally complex. Many built from the 1970s through the early 2000s predate today's geotechnical and drainage standards, and some are now showing signs that the original site work wasn't adequate. A home is only as strong as the ground beneath it: repairing the house without understanding the soil, slope, and water leaves the real cause unresolved.
